Acquired by SPX Corporation in 2003, the Hamon Dry Cooling business brought more than a half century of operational excellence in dry cooling technology for large power plants and industrial installations.

In the earley 90s, Hamon Lumus, later Hamon Dry Cooling pioneered the single row condenser concept using finned tubes with aluminum fins. The SRC™ concept today has become a world standard in dry cooling.
